Mike Boland
Starting with Republic Pneumatics in 1998 as an inside sales representative, Mike Boland is now the president of Eagle Investment Partners, LLC parent company of Eagle Flow Solutions and Republic Pneumatics. With over 20 years of selling and servicing pneumatic equipment and tanks he is considered a knowledgeable and respected professional in the industry going above and beyond for all his clients. When he is away from work Mike enjoys boating, coaching his daughter’s sports, and spending time with his family.
Jeff Brown
Jeff joined Eagle Investment Partners, LLC in 2018 as VP, and specializes in the liquid handling products and hydraulic drive systems division of the company. He has over 30 years of experience in mobile tank truck unloading equipment sales, most recently as the National Sales Manager for the Roper Pump Co. In his spare time Jeff coaches youth sports, roots for Louisville Cardinal athletic teams, and collects vinyl records.
Jason Schanen
Jason Schanen started with Eagle Investment Partners, LLC in 2018 as the Mobile Product Manager, Jason Schanen. With over 13 years of selling tank truck equipment and tank trailers. He is a respected professional in the industry, always focusing on the best way to take care of his customers. Jason honorably served in the United States Marine Corps from 1994 - 1998. When he is away from work Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs. He also enjoys fishing and scuba diving.
Kyle Stoner
Kyle graduated in mechanical engineering from Auburn University. He worked for Roper Pumps as a Manufacturing engineer before switching to his role as regional sales manager for Roper. He thoroughly enjoys the technical challenges the industry has to offer along with the daily interactions with our customer base. At it’s inception in August of 2019 Kyle joined Eagle Flow Solutions as General Manager located in Columbus, GA.
Rodney Allen
Rodney started with Eagle Flow Solutions at its inception in August 2019 as the sales manager in northern Georgia and northern Alabama. He has 25 years sales experience. Rodney worked 6 years working for a family owned tank truck distributor prior to that he worked as a territory manager for a major oil company. Rodney enjoys traveling, watching NFL games, and most of all spending time with his family and grandson.
Brian Maw
Brian started with Eagle Flow Solutions Aug of 2019. With 27 years of experience selling and servicing industrial and transportation equipment which includes ten years selling hose fittings and valves in Canada and US for a major US manufacturer. Brian also spent 17 years selling valves , pumps and trailers to the tank trailer market in Florida. This time was spent at the distributor level dealing directly with the end user. Brian’s persistence, natural curiosity and honesty have him successful in his career. When away from work Brian spends time camping with wife of 28 years and 2 sons.
Kaitlin Stoner
Kaitlin Stoner is the Operations Manager at Eagle Flow Solutions, where she is responsible for all office procedures. She uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. She graduated from Auburn University in 2012 and she regularly finds herself drawing on her entrepreneurial skills and education in business and accounting. Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Kaitlin.
